Ingredients

3 hard boiled eggs

Preparation method for asian stuffed eggs

  1. grab some hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks with a spoon and collect them in a bowl. - Do you make different flavors? Then divide the egg yolk into several bowls.
  4. Add sriracha and regular mayonnaise (or kewpie) to the first bowl and the wasabi mayonnaise to the other bowl.
  5. Mix both well and fill the egg mixture into a piping bag.
  6. Now inject the egg mixture into the yolk cavity and form a nice clump of it. (Of course you can also do this with a spoon).
  7. Sprinkle with some furikake, chilli flakes, sriracha and sesame.

Try putting some peeled eggs in soy sauce for an hour. This also gives a delicious flavor.
