Beef and bean stir fry

Ingredients

3 cloves of garlic: sliced

500 g lean beef mince

20 g pineapple chunks

2 teaspoons brown sugar

350g green beans sliced

fresh coriander sprigs

2 long fresh red peppers thinly sliced

Preparation method for Beef and bean stir fry

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle with oil. Fry garlic for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
  3. Add beef. Stir-fry for 5 minutes, until browned.
  4. Add spices. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
  5. Add pineapple chunks, oyster sauce and sugar. Simmer, stirring, for 10 minutes, or until mixture is dark golden and sticky.
  6. Add beans and cook, stirring frequently, for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Stir in the cilantro.
  8. Sprinkle with sliced chili peppers.
