Ingredients

1 kg beef rib eye

3 spring onion in pieces of 4 centimeters

1 small white onion in thin half moons

1 small root in thin slices

3 tbsp water

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp garlic

1/8 tl pepper

Preparation method for Beef Bulgogi

  1. Cut the ribeye into thin slices. If necessary, dry the meat with a paper towel. Tip: put the ribeye in the freezer for a while, then it will be easier to cut.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, water, sugar, honey, mirin, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds and pepper in a large bowl. Then add the meat, spring onion, onion and carrot and mix all the ingredients. Let it marinate for an hour.
  3. Grill the meat and vegetables on the BBQ or in a grill pan over high heat so that the meat and onion caramelizes. If you use a grill pan, heat a little bit of sesame oil before adding the meat to the pan.
