Compared with brown chickpeas, yellow chickpeas are somewhat mealier and cook faster. Use the peas for preparation of falafel and hummus, and dishes like chana masala (hot chickpea curry). TRS Boiled Chick Peas are also excellent for preparing chana aloo (curry dish of potatoes and peas).
