Preparation method

  • 1. Slice the onion and the garlic clove.
  • 2. Mix the minced beef and the eggs in a bowl together with the herbs, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, onion and garlic. Shape roughly 6 to 8 small meatballs in your hands.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry your meatballs for about 6 to 10 minutes. Cooking time depends on the size of your meatballs. Turn the meatballs regularly so that they brown nicely.
  • 4. Pour the Flying Goose satay sauce over the meatballs and serve!
