  • 1. Heat a small non-stick pan over a medium heat. Heat the wraps for 1 minute and then cover with aluminum foil until ready to use.
  • 2. Slice the smoked chicken, mango and avocado in thin, narrow strips.
  • 3. Mix the mayonnaise with the Thai chili sauce and add a drop of lemon juice. Add more mayonnaise, chili sauce or lemon to taste. Lobo Thai sweet chili sauce is ideal for refining chicken dishes. The sun-dried chili peppers mixed with garlic and sweetness of the chili sauce give the dish a spicy taste sensation. By adding more mayonnaise, the sauce will be creamier. The flavor is customizable to your liking.
  • 4. Grease the wraps with your self-made chili-mayonnaise. Place a few strips of chicken, mango and avocado in the middle of your wraps. Finally, sprinkle some chopped coriander on top. Fold the wraps and cut in half. If you want to serve your wraps at a party, you can cut it into smaller slices and add a nice garnish.
