Butter Chicken Wings

Ingredients

750g chicken wings

20g butter

1 large onion (150 g): chopped

3 tbsp tomato paste

125 ml cream

125 ml water

Parsley or sprig of cilantro garnish

Preparation method for Butter Chicken Wings

  1. Marinate the chicken wings in the spice paste and let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet and sauté the onions. Add tomato paste, cream and chicken wings. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the water and bring to a boil. Cover the kettle and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes (or until the chicken is done).
  4. Meanwhile, cook the basmati rice according to the package directions.
  5. Garnish the dish with parsley or cilantro.
