Ingredients

2 Bananas, sliced

1/2 Avocado, cut into cubes

3 tbsp Blueberries (frozen)

2 tsp Spirulina

1 tsp Poppy seeds

1/2 tsp Lavender flowers (edible)

1 tsp Kernels and seeds

Preparation method for coconut milk smoothie bowl

  1. For this smoothie, we took 2 bananas, ½ avocado, 2 tablespoons blueberries, 2 teaspoons spirulina, honey and coconut milk. Put everything in the blender and make a nice smoothie.< /li>
  2. Serve in a pretty bowl and garnish with 1 tsp blueberries, coconut flakes, and assorted seeds and seeds for topping. Finally, you can serve a few edible flowers with it. Have fun!
