Emro Cleaver 22 cm

Cleaver which is mainly used in Chinese cuisine to chop through large pieces of chicken, for example. The knife is razor-sharp and is forged as on solid piece of stainless steel. The length of the blade is 22 cm and the height of the knife is approximately 10 cm. The total length, including handle, is 32 cm.We recommend that you clean and dry this knife by hand after each use. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
