Questions about returns and complaints

  • My order is incomplete or contains the wrong products. What now?

    We are very sorry to hear that your order was incomplete. Unfortunately it sometimes happens that we can't fully deliver an order due to an unforeseen stock difference. In case this happens, we automatically inform you and refund this part of the order. So please always check your e-mail (and spam folder) to see if we have already issued a refund for the missing product(s). If anything else is wrong with your order, please let us know via the customer service. We will then see to your complaint as quickly as possible to correct the mistake.

  • Do I have a guarantee on my order?

    On food products, you have no warranty. However, electrical products often have a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Always contact us if you have any doubts about your guarantee period. We will be happy to help you.
  • Can I return my order?

    You may return unopened products within 14 days, without giving any reason. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer. You may send the return to:

  • Something arrived broken in my order. What should I do?

    Although we handle your order with the greatest care, it unfortunately sometimes happens that something breaks during shipment. But don't worry! Just let us know and we will reimburse you or resend the broken item.
