Questions about shipments and delivery

• What is the delivery time of my order?

  If you place your order on a business day before 1 pm, we will ship it the same day. For delivery countries Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, you should receive the parcel the next day. The delivery time to France is 3 to 5 working days. If you would like to have your parcel delivered to another EU country, please bear in mind that this might take a little longer.

• Which countries do you deliver to?

  We deliver to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden.

• What are the delivery charges?

  For the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, you pay €5.95 shipping costst up to an order value of €50.00. If your order exceeds €50.00, shipping is free! For Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark and France, shipping costs are €12.95. For delivery to Monaco, Finland or Spain the shipping costst are €19,95. For all other delivery countries in the EU, the costs are €29.95.

• How will my order be delivered?

  Our delivery partner for the Netherlands and Belgium is PostNL. For Germany we use DHL Germany. These delivery partners ensure in 99% of cases that your parcel is delivered on time and correctly. Shipments to other countries are also shipped with PostNlL, but are handed over to the local delivery partner in the country of destination.

• How do you deliver frozen products?

  We pack the frozen products in a sturdy freezer bag together with discs of dry ice that ensure your order remains frozen for at least 36 hours. It is then delivered together with the other products. For this special frozen packaging, you pay a surcharge of €5.95 per order. Please note: we can only deliver frozen in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.
