Lee Kum Kee light soy sauce is a Chinese clear soy sauce that adds flavour to any dish. Light soy sauce is a thin, clear soy sauce that gives your dish that distinctive umami flavour, but does not colour your dish very dark (which dark soy sauce often does). Delicious with noodle and rice dishes, in marinades or in salad dressings.
