Udon Noodles
Udon noodles are thick, Japanese noodles made from wheat flour that are commonly eaten in soups and salads. You can prepare Udon either hot or cold. You can often get Udon noodles 'fresh', where they are already pre-cooked and vacuum-packed. They are therefore ready at lightning speed in your soup or wok dish. Also delicious to use with a Hot Pot!
