Gari Cassava Flour

Gari Cassava flour is mainly used in Nigerian cuisine and, like "normal" cassava flour, is made from ground and dried cassava root. It is widely used as a binding agent in sauces and soups, but it is also often used to bake a kind of bread which is eaten as a side dish.
