Ingredients

pak choi

3 garlic cloves

1 red pepper in rings

Preparation method for Christmas side dish pak choi

  1. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the garlic until crispy.
  2. Meanwhile, blanch the pak choi in boiling water.
  3. Scoop a teaspoon of crispy garlic out of the wok and set it aside. The rest of the garlic stays in the wok.
  4. Add soy sauce and sweet soy sauce to the wok.
  5. Then add the blanched pak choi as well and wok it together briefly so that each pak choi leaf has a nice coating of the soy sauce.
