Ingredients

2 Eggs hard-boiled

1 Small cauliflower

Half cucumber

1 Carrot

100 g Bean sprouts

150 g Tempeh

1 tbsp Sunflower oil

Preparation method for Gado Gado

  1. Put on a pan of water and boil the eggs hard for 8-10 minutes. Scald them and then peel them. Then cut them into wedges.
  2. Then proceed to wash and cut the vegetables. The cauliflower may be cut into small florets. The cucumber and carrot in half slices.
  3. Cook the vegetables in a pan of water until al dente. The bean sprouts may be blanched.
  4. Fry the tempeh in a pan with sunflower oil. When it turns a nice golden brown, you can remove the pan from the heat.
  5. Meanwhile, make the gado gado mix as directed on the package.
  6. Then it's time to finish your plate, put the vegetables on your plate and pour the sauce on top to taste.Be sure to make one of our other delicious recipes too!
