The famous Taiwanese "open babao bun. In this recipe we make it with duck, it's a very simple recipe. So you'll have a delicious snack on the table in no time.

Ingredients
- to taste Sriracha Mayo
Pair of lettuce leaves
Half cucumber: thinly sliced
1 bell pepper julienne cut
100 g Bean sprouts
Pair of coriander sprigs
Preparation method for Gua Bao with Roasted Duck
- Heat the duck ready as indicated on the package. Slice the duck as soon as it is ready.
- Meanwhile, cut the cucumber and bell pepper. Blanch the bean sprouts and tear the leaves of lettuce and prepare the coriander.
- Steam the undefrosted buns in 2-3 minutes.
- Fill the Gua Bao with all ingredients and serve with Sriracha mayonnaise.
