A delicious sesame sauce you can use with a variety of dishes. Salad dressings, Shabu Shabu disps sauce, poké bowl dressing, noodle sauce are just a few examples how you can use Goma dare. You can store the homemade Japanese sesame sauce lightly sealed for a week in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
- 0.5 teaspoon Hon Mirin Cooking Wine 14%
- 15 ml Soy Sauce
- 15 ml Sesame Oil
- 3 tbsp Roasted White Sesame Seeds
- 15 ml Brown Rice Vinegar
0.5 tsp (cane) Sugar
Preparation method for Japanese sesame sauce
- Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium-high heat. Shake occasionally to avoid burning. Turn off heat when all of the sesame seeds are light brown in color stop cooking. Then let the sesame seeds cool. Then grind the sesame seeds into a paste in a mortar.
- Then put the sesame paste (about 2 tablespoons) in a bowl. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Finally add the Japanese mayonnaise. Depending on the desired thickness, you can mix in 2 to 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
