Nasi Goreng

Ingredients

2 Onions diced

2 Cloves of garlic

200 g Chicken breast diced

3 Carrots cut in cubes

Handful of green peas

100 g Prawns: pealed

1 Stem spring onion

Preparation method for Nasi Goreng

  1. Cook the rice in boiling water with a little salt for about 12 minutes. Drain the rice and allow to cool.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the onion and garlic on a low temperature.
  3. Add the chicken dices and cook till golden brown.
  4. Add the spice paste and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  5. Now the vegetables can be added and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooled rice and also the prawns and spring onion. Stir-fry for another few minutes and season to taste with salt and pepper.
