bami soup with asparagus

Ingredients

300 g green asparagus, cut into pieces

500 ml vegetable stock (1 cube)

1 can of crab, drained

3 Spring onions, sliced diagonally

Preparation method for bami soup with asparagus

  1. Boil the asparagus until soft and cut into pieces.
  2. Heat the vegetable broth and cook the bami soup noodles in it for about 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the shrimp, then add both the shrimp and asparagus to the soup.
  4. Finally, season with fish sauce (about 0.5 tablespoons) and cook for another 2 minutes. Your bami soup with asparagus is ready, enjoy your meal!
