Ingredients

1/2 tsp honey

1 tsp fresh grated ginger

1/2 tsp pressed garlic

Preparation method for seaweed salad

  1. Soak the seaweed in water for about 5 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic and sesame oil in a bowl. Try again and again until you find the perfect taste. Drain the seaweed, place in a bowl or container and pour the dressing over.
  3. Put the whole thing in the fridge for about 1 hour so that the aromas can absorb well.
  4. Serve with sesame seeds.
