There is nothing better than eating deliciously tender spare ribs from the barbecue on a balmy summer evening. If you share this opinion, you will probably love these Chinese spare ribs too! The advantage is that you don't have to specially light the barbecue for this, but can just use your oven.

Ingredients
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
1-2 tbsp Vegetable oil
500 g Spareribs (Pork ribs) cut loose
Preparation method for Sichuan BBQ Ribs
- Mix the marinade, oil, and soy sauce and marinate the meat in it.
- Leave the spareribs covered for about 2 hours in the marinade.
- Roast or broil the meat for about 25-30 minutes, brushing the spare ribs at least twice with the remaining marinade (in the oven: 190 degrees).
- Turn regularly.
- At the end, sprinkle white sesame seeds over the ribs.
