Udon noodles with chicken

Ingredients

300 g Chicken thighs cut in slices

1 Clove of garlic crushed

150 g Shii-take in slices

200 g Broccoli: in small florets

Preparation method for Udon noodles with chicken

  1. Heat the rice oil in a wok and add the sliced chicken thighs for about 7 minutes. Afterwards, add the garlic and Shii-take mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Get two pans and fill both with water. When the water is boiling, cook the Udon noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Add the broccoli to the other pan of boiling water, and cook for 5 minutes. Don’t let the broccoli get too soft!
  3. Season the chicken with oyster sauce and fish sauce, and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli to the chicken and stir well.
  5. Now add the Udon noodles and stir everything together.
  6. Sprinkle cashew nuts over the top of the meal, and enjoy!
