In Japan, they eat this dish in the summer when it is very hot. Considering the summers in Holland are getting hotter and hotter, we can use more and more cooling and quick to prepare dishes! This Zaru Soba is perfect for that.

Ingredients
- 360 g Soba Noodles
- to taste Kizami Nori Shredded Roasted Seaweed

Preparation method for Zaru Soba
- Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Stir occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking together. After cooking, rinse the noodles well with cold water. Drain the noodles well.< /li
- Dilute the broth (about 250ml) with water and set aside in 4 separate bowls. Taste the dipping sauce, if you find it too strong you can add water or add a little more broth if it's too bland.Cut the spring onions and also prepare them in a separate bowl.Then arrange the noodles on a bamboo mat (so that the water can still be caught) and sprinkle the seaweed shreds over the noodles.
