Guisado is among the most popular ingredients of the Filipino cuisine and is often used instead of salt. As far as taste Guisado Bagoong is similar to Thai kapi and Indonesian trassi but spicier. Dagupan Guisado Bagoong Shrimp Paste Sauteed is suitable as a flavor enhancer for fish dishes, kare kare (oxtail), pinakbet (braised vegetables) or as a dip for chicharron (pig tail).
