Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver our products to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery charge for an order within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is €5,95. For orders over the amount of €40,00 the delivery is free-of-charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipments to Germany are free-of-charge from €50,00 and upwards.

Delivery charges: € 5,95
For orders over the amount of €40,- (Netherlands, Belgium) and €50,- (Germany) the delivery is free-of-charge.
- Zone 2: Luxembourg, United Kingdom*, Austria, Denmark, France*.
Delivery charges: € 12,95
- Zone 3: Monaco, Finland*, Spain*.
Delivery charges: € 19,95
- Zone 4: Bulgaria, Estonia*, Hongary, Ireland, Italy*, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Portugal*, Czech Republic, Sweden*.
Delivery charges: € 29,95
*Possible surcharges for island deliveries. These will be enquired upon request.
Does my order need to reach a minimum amount?
No, no minimum order amount is set by us.
What are the payment possibilities?
We accept the following payment methods:
- MasterCard or Visa
- Pay Pall
- Mr. Cash (Belgium)
What are the delivery times?
Orders placed on a business day before 13:00h will be shipped the same day from the Netherlands. Shipments within the Netherlands and (most of the shipments to) Belgium, will arrive on the next business day. Shipments to Germany will arrive within 2 business days. Shipments to other European countries will be delivered within 3-10 business days, depending on the parcel service. Sadly there is sporadically a possibility that target of 1 day delivery cannot be fulfilled. No rights can be derived in such occasion.
The product is not in stock, what should I do now?
We strive to ensure that all of our products are in stock, however delays can occur by our Asian suppliers, resulting in products being out-of-stock. In most of the cases our webshop will offer you sufficient alternative products to choose from. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service whom will happily help your with your order.
How can I amend my order?
Amendments can be made as long as your order has not been paid. You can easily add or remove products to or from your shopping cart. Once a payment has been made, your order can no longer be amended. It is however possible to cancel your order (see order cancellation).
How can I cancel my order?
As long as a payment has not been made, you can cancel your order. Products can simply be removed from your shopping cart. If a payment has already been made and you wish to cancel your order, simply sign in to your Asian Food Lover account and press ‘order cancellation’.
My order is incomplete / incorrect, what do I do now?
At Asian Food Lovers we treat your order as well as our products with a lot of love. If something does go wrong with your order, please contact the Asian Food Lovers customer service.
To ensure a quick response to your complaint, we always ask to mention the order number.
How can I return my order?
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you have the right to return the order within 14 days. This can be done by filling in the order form retour form and following the instructions written. The costs accompanying the return are on the behalf of the consumer.
Do I have a warranty?
A warranty does not apply for food products. We do guarantee that all products delivered do not breach the minimum durability date appearing on the product label. Furthermore you remain the right to return your order within 14 days.
