Ingredients

400 g sweet potato

2 spring onion stalks in rings

handful of parsley

olive oil

Preparation method for Stuffed paratha

  1. Bring water to a boil. Peel the sweet potatoes cleanly and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
  2. Put the boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
  3. Add garam masala, sesame seeds and parsley and stir well.
  4. Remove the parathas from the freezer and let them thaw for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Divide the mashed sweet potatoes among five parathas, covering half of each paratha.
  6. Fold the parathas over to create a semicircle filled with the mashed sweet potatoes.
  7. Heat some olive oil in a pan. Fry the parathas for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
