Ingredients

Pair of lettuce leaves

Half cucumber: thinly sliced

1 bell pepper julienne cut

100 g Bean sprouts

Pair of coriander sprigs

Preparation method for Gua Bao with Roasted Duck

  1. Heat the duck ready as indicated on the package. Slice the duck as soon as it is ready.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the cucumber and bell pepper. Blanch the bean sprouts and tear the leaves of lettuce and prepare the coriander.
  3. Steam the undefrosted buns in 2-3 minutes.
  4. Fill the Gua Bao with all ingredients and serve with Sriracha mayonnaise.
