Ingredients

1 Stem of Leek

250 g Mushrooms

1 Onion

2 cloves of garlic

400 g Minced Beef

1 Pot of peas & carrots (350 g)

4 Pastry pans (possibly in Christmas shapes)

Preparation method for Christmas pie

  1. Clean and slice the leeks. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Take a large pan and sauté the onion in oil with sambal. The garlic add and fry the minced meat.
  2. Add the leek and season the sauce with soy sauce, tomato paste, 5-spice, nutmeg and djinten. Add the mushrooms and the drained peas and carrots. Simmer gently.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the patties according to package directions. Spread the sauce over the patties.
