Ingredients

2 slices of bread

Cheese slices

Butter

Spring onion

Preparation method for Kimchi Grilled Cheese

  1. Spread two slices of bread with kewpie mayonnaise
  2. melt butter in a frying pan and let it get well hot
  3. Spread both slices of bread with cheese, one slice of bread with kimchi and place on top of each other
  4. Turn down the heat slightly and now fry the bread on both sides until golden brown
  5. Because the pan is well hot, the bread colors faster and the inside of the bread still remains nice and soft. Just the way a good sandwich should be.
  6. Top with some spring onion rings

Serve with a chili dipping sauce if desired, but really, this grilled cheese doesn't need any dip
