Ingredients

5 Gelatin leaves

Sugar to taste

1/8 tsp Salt

Preparation method for Mango Pudding

  1. Soak gelatin leaves in cold water.
  2. Heat mango puree, coconut milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over low heat. Don't let it cook, but keep it on the fire long enough for everything to be solved.
  3. Put the squeezed gelatin leaves in the pan 1 by 1 and stir well until everything is dissolved.
  4. Then pour the mixture into bowls, let it cool a little and cover it with plastic wrap.
  5. Put it in the fridge for 2 hours and then possibly serve it with mint leaves and fresh fruit.
