Ingredients

6 tbsp Water

2 tbsp Sugar

1.5 tbsp Lime juice

1 clove of finely chopped Garlic

Preparation method for Nuoc Cham

  1. Mix water and sugar in a bowl. Optional: Heat 1/3 of the water, then mix to make the sugar dissolve more easily, then add the rest of the water.
  2. Gradually add lime or lemon juice until you like the taste. A good guideline is that it should taste like lemonade / lemonade.
  3. Add small amounts of fish sauce until you like the taste. It should be a bit strong in taste.
  4. Add garlic and chopped chili and dip!
