Preparation method Pineapple Fried Rice

Do you ever use fresh pineapple in a hot meal? A lot of people wouldn’t go a lot further than a pizza Hawaii, but that’s all about to change. This easy recipe for Pineapple Fried Rice will see you presenting a magical Thai dish, which everybody will enjoy!


  • 1. Cut the pineapple in half and remove the heart by cutting slots. Remove the pineapple flesh out of the skin and keep it in a bowl. You can use the pineapple skin as bowls to serve out of! li>
  • 2. Cut the pineapple flesh in triangles.
  • 3. Heat 3 tbsp peanut oil in a wok on medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and cook until it’s golden brown. Add the shrimp afterwards.
  • 4. As soon as the shrimp go pink, they’re cooked. Add the carrots, paprika and pineapple triangles to the wok. Add 1 tbsp sojasaus.
  • 5. Add the soup cube to the wok to give it more taste.
  • 6. Cook the rice according to the packaging. Then add the rice, the raisins and curry powder to the wok. Stir well and add fish sauce to taste.
  • 7. Add the chopped tomato to the wok and stir. You are ready to serve

Serving tip: You can use the leftover pineapple skin to serve this dish.
