Ingredients

3 spring onions: cut up

250 g minced pork

300 g broccoli florets

Preparation method for Char Siu

  1. Bring 2 litres of water to the boil with a pinch of salt. Switch the heat off and leave the Chinese noodles to soak for 5 minutes in the hot water. Drain and leave covered in a dish.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the strips of pork steak until golden brown.
  3. Add the wok sauce, 1 tablespoon of water, the broccoli florets and the spring onion. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with the Char Sui Chinese noodles.
