Indian meat dish

Ingredients

750 g Potato, peeled

500 g Green beans

1 Onion, chopped

1 Garlic clove, pressed

500 g minced beef

70 g Tomato puree

1 can corn

Piping hot milk

1 Egg yolk

Pepper and salt

Preparation method for Indian meat dish

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into cubes of ± 2 cm. Cook until soft. Meanwhile, wash and halve the green beans.
  2. Puree the shaken potatoes together with the milk and egg yolk to a puree. Season with paprika, pepper and salt.
  3. Put the minced meat mixture in a casserole dish, spread the mashed potatoes on top and put in the oven for about 35 minutes until the mash has a nice brown crust.
