Shirodashi Gold is a clear dashi broth, ideal as a base for Ramen for example! Dashi is usually made by drawing a stock from a base of Bonito flakes (dried tuna) and kombu (a form of seaweed / kelp). The particularly tasty bouillon can then serve as the basis for many Japanese recipes using broth. The unique Umami taste makes every dish better! You use this Dashi by mixing 1 part Dashi with 10 to 12 parts water. One bottle is sufficient for about 18 - 22 litres of broth.
