Sichuan BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

1 tbsp Light soy sauce

1-2 tbsp Vegetable oil

500 g Spareribs (Pork ribs) cut loose

Preparation method for Sichuan BBQ Ribs

  1. Mix the marinade, oil, and soy sauce and marinate the meat in it.
  2. Leave the spareribs covered for about 2 hours in the marinade.
  3. Roast or broil the meat for about 25-30 minutes, brushing the spare ribs at least twice with the remaining marinade (in the oven: 190 degrees).
  4. Turn regularly.
  5. At the end, sprinkle white sesame seeds over the ribs.
