Ingredients

1 tbsp Agave syrup

pinch of salt

200/250 g milk chocolate

Preparation method for Spicy Bounty

  1. Mix the coconut cream, coconut flakes, agave syrup and salt together in a bowl. It should form a firm mass.
  2. Form (oblong) balls of this coconut mixture.
  3. Place these on a plate on plate, on some baking paper, and put them in the freezer for about an hour.
  4. A few minutes before you take the coconut mixture out of the freezer, melt the chocolate au bain marie.
  5. Dip the coconut cubes into the chocolate, making sure they are completely coated.
  6. Place the bounty on a plate lined with baking paper and sprinkle the chili flakes on top. Alternate between lots and few flakes so there is a bounty for everyone's taste
  7. Put this in the refrigerator for a while so the chocolate can harden.Time to enjoy!

You can also stir the chili flakes into the chocolate. This will make them even a tad spicier!
