Sriracha is a traditional chilli sauce from the port city of Si Racha in eastern Thailand and is known for its sharpness. Sriracha sauce was originally served in the local seafood restaurants and is now an essential part of Asian cuisine. The high content of onions (15%) matches very well with the sharpness of chilli and is perfect for grilled dishes, as for cooking, seasoning or marinating.
