Steamed rice with salmon

Ingredients

baked leftover salmon

1 avocado

one soft boiled egg

Preparation method for Steamed rice with salmon

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil.
  2. Once the water is boiling, put the steamer basket on the pan and place a sheet of baking paper in it.
  3. Spoon the remaining rice into the steamer basket and place the salmon on top.
  4. Put the lid on the steamer basket and let it steam for at least 5 minutes - until it is thoroughly warm.
  5. Remove your steamer basket from the pan and spoon the rice and salmon onto a plate, or like us, use the steamer basket as a plate as well.
  6. Now mix the salmon and rice with a fork until combined.
  7. Drizzle kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha and soy sauce over the dish and top with Furikake.8 Serve with half an avocado and a soft boiled egg
