Ingredients

1/2 cucumber

75 g red cabbage, chopped

1 avocado

200 g salmon

Preparation method for sushi sandwich

  1. Cook the sushi rice as directed on the packet.
  2. Cut the salmon, cucumber and avocado into small pieces.
  3. Place a sheet of nori on your work surface.
  4. Start with a layer of sushi rice. This will cover half of the nori sheet.
  5. Also place the salmon, red cabbage, avocado and cucumber on top.
  6. Now fold the nori sheet and press it tight.
  7. Cut in half and spread with wasabi mayonnaise.
Serve it!
