Bean sprouts spring roll

Spring rolls are always good. Whether over drinks or at a dinner party. With a tasty dipping sauce, the snack is totally hard to refuse.
Ingredients
1 medium red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium carrot peeled
250 grams green beans
Pinch of salt
Pinch of ground pepper
Preparation method for Bean sprouts spring roll
- Heat the pan and pour in the sesame oil.
- Sauté garlic and onion. Once the onion is translucent, add the carrot, spring beans and bean sprouts and fry for 5 minutes.
- Season with fish sauce, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and let cool.
- Preheat the airfryer to 200 degrees.
- Prepare the rice papers according to the package directions.
- Fill each rice paper with vegetable mixture, placing the filling just below the center of the rice paper. Fold the bottom tip over the filling and tuck it underneath. Fold both sides inward and roll up tightly. This recipe makes 10-12 spring rolls.
- Place the spring rolls in the basket of the airfryer, working in batches if necessary.
- Bake the spring rolls in the airfryer for 5 minutes, flip them over and bake for another 5 minutes until evenly browned.
