Trassi is a frequently used ingredient, especially in Malay and Indonesian cuisine. Usually you will find it in dried solid form, as a kind of brown block where you cut a piece off to use. This variant contains a dried powder form that makes dosing very easy. We are fans! (because trassi blocks smell enormously - this variant also limits the smell a bit)
