The leaves which are also known under the name kasuri methi taste slightly bitter and very aromatic. TRS Mehti Fenugreek Leaves are dried and can be added directly to the food. Use the aromatic leaves for chicken masalas, curries with potatoes and spinach, chana masala (vegetable dish with chickpeas) and paneer (Indian cream cheese).
