Sweet and sour sauce probably comes originally from Hunan province in southeast China. Flying Goose Sweet and Sour Sauce is made from chilli peppers, vinegar, and pineapple juice that gives a delicious sweet touch. This sauce is excellent for wok dishes with pork or chicken, for example bao guo rou (Chinese sweet and sour pork). Do try Flying Goose Sweet and Sour Sauce as a dip with grilled cockerel or as a marinade for spareribs.
