80 ml sparkling water / tap water

Vegetables & Fish of your choice

Oil, for frying

Preparation method for tempura

  1. Mix the tempura flour with the sparkling water or regular tap water. You can add a little more flour or water if the mixture is too thin or too thick.
  2. Slice the vegetables and/or fish of your choice. Sprinkle with cornstarch.
  3. Brush the vegetables and/or fish with the tempura flour and then fry until cooked.
  4. Serve with the tempura sauce.
