Turmeric Latte

Ingredients

400 ml Almond milk or rice milk

1 tbsp Maple syrup

2 slices of fresh Ginger

Preparation method for Turmeric Latte

  1. Heat the almond milk together with the turmeric powder, a pinch of black pepper, ginger slices, agave syrup and cinnamon powder over medium heat.
  2. When the almond milk is almost boiling, remove the ginger & turmeric slices and let them simmer on low heat.
  3. Put some almond milk in a milk frother and froth it up.
  4. Divide the heated almond milk between 2 glasses and scoop the foam on top.
  5. Sprinkle some turmeric over the foam.
