Black bean steak

Ingredients

1 cube of vegetable stock, in 500 ml of water

1 red bell pepper, cut into strips

200 g sugar snap peas

250 g Steak cut into strips

Preparation method for Black bean steak

  1. Heat the broth and add the vegetables (we used corn on the cob, bamboo strips, peppers and sugar snap peas) and cook for 2 minutes. Then drain the vegetables in a colander.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the steak strips briefly.
  3. Add the wok sauce and the vegetables and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Bon appetit!
