Super easy to make and a delicious pick-me-up in the morning or dessert in the evening. You choose. This coffee can also be drunk hot, but we prefer it cold.
Ingredients
Two tablespoons of sugar
Two tablespoons hot water

Preparation method for Dalgona coffee with coconut milk
- Put the two tablespoons of coffee, two tablespoons of sugar and two tablespoons of hot water in a bowl.
- Beat this with a whisk or electric mixer until fluffy and fluffy. The latter is a lot less labor intensive!
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour up to 2/3 of the glass coconut milk.
- Spoon your coffee cloud onto the milk. You can drink the coffee like this, or stir it a little more.
